Part of the Flying Group, Hyperion Aviation is a premium aircraft management and charter company specialising in bespoke asset management and operation of private aircraft on a commercial basis. Our fleet currently stands at 20 aircraft from more than five different manufacturers.

As an Account Manager, you will operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your assigned accounts. The role of the Key Account Managers in business aviation is highly personalised and focused in delivering exceptional experiences and services tailored to the needs of high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and other VIP customers. This role involves working closely with various departments and personnel to ensure the needs of the customers are met.

Tasks and Specialities

  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Customer Liaison: Serve as the key liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of company solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Service Knowledge: Maintain a high level of service knowledge to effectively address any financial, technical, or operational issues with clients.
  • Account Management: Ensure each client’s account is up-to-date, track key account metrics, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Build the long-term commercial success of accounts with a focus on customer needs.
  • Act as the primary contact for aircraft owners, managing defined aircraft.
  • Meet customer needs while shaping the economic operation of the aircraft.
  • Represent aircraft owners within Hyperion Aviation, coordinating owner flights, charter needs, maintenance schedules, crew training and other stakeholders.
  • Strengthen customer relationships, promote commercial success, support charter sales, and monitor monthly performance reports, forecasts, and financial statements.

Competencies & Requirements

  • Qualification for university entrance or a secondary school certificate with completed professional education will be considered an asset.
  • Excellent reading and writing skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • High level of customer service orientation to build highly engaged relationships with premium customers.
  • Energetic and passionate team player with an entrepreneurial spirit; takes initiative and has a hands-on mentality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and stress tolerance.
  • Willingness to work predominantly from our office to learn and grow within the team, with flexibility to work varying schedules from home, including nights and weekends, if required.
  • Experienced IT user proficient in MS Office and interested in working with Salesforce.
  • Willingness to travel for business.
  • Unrestricted work permit for Hyperion Aviation and ability to travel worldwide.

Training will be given to the chosen candidate.
