As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Airworthiness Executive to join our Belgian CAMO Department. This role is based in Antwerp, Belgium, and will oversee operations in Belgium, France, and Luxembourg. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in continuing airworthiness management and regulatory compliance, along with a proactive mindset and a commitment to maintaining the highest safety standards.

Competencies:

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor aviation/electronics/electro-mechanics or equal by experience.
  • Experience in a continuing airworthiness environment is a plus.
  • Prior experience with Manual/Procedure reading, development, and writing.
  • Analytical minded team player with good communication and negotiation skills, who is able to work under pressure and in full autonomy.
  • Experience with the specific needs of Business and Commercial Aviation is beneficial.
  • Fluent spoken and written English is a must.
  • Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
  • Candidates must be eligible to work and reside in EU.

 Tasks and Specialities:

This role involves working in a continuing airworthiness environment with new, high-value business jets. As part of the Airworthiness Department, you will be a member of a team that delivers high-quality work in compliance with EASA regulations.

  • Follow-up of the maintenance program of a part of the Flying Service aircraft fleet; Preparing the maintenance planning for the scheduled maintenance; Follow-up and coordination of unscheduled maintenance
  • Communication to and from the manufacturer with regards to modifications
  • Technical follow-up for defect rectification, line and base maintenance
  • To ensure that all maintenance is done in accordance with the approved maintenance program
  • To ensure that any operational directives, airworthiness directives and any other continued airworthiness requirement made mandatory by the national civil aviation authority and/or EASA are accomplished
  • To ensure accomplishment of modifications in accordance with an approved standard
