The role
As Controller within our Finance – Controlling department, you will make sure the company’s daily accounting and reporting runs smoothly and precisely. Reporting to the Senior Controller, you will be a key point of contact for client reporting and invoicing across our managed fleet.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Issuing aircraft-management sales invoices and related credit notes.
- Producing monthly and quarterly client reporting
- Preparing client communication — statements of account, invoices and payment reminders.
- Supporting management reporting and assisting the Senior Controller with aircraft and company budgets.
- Answering client and internal reporting queries with accuracy and a service mindset.
What you bring
- An A-Level in accounting or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in a similar controlling and administration role.
- Good knowledge of current Microsoft applications; experience with Microsoft Business Central is a strong plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A high degree of accuracy, a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work proactively on your own initiative.
