We are currently seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Operations Control Centre (OCC) Officer to join our dynamic OCC Department. The ideal candidate will possess solid experience in an operational control centre environment, ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of aircraft while maintaining continuous oversight of airworthiness and flight operations.

Competencies and Requirements:

  • A valid ICAO flight dispatcher license will be considered an asset.
  • Minimum of 3 years of OCC experience in a Business Aviation environment.
  • Worldwide operations and flight planning experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with the specific needs of Business Aviation operations.
  • Good knowledge of crew flight time limitations and EASA regulations.
  • Analytical minded team player and leader with good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, PPS and APG.
  • Willing to learn and develop further within the organisation.
  • Right to live and work in the EU is required.
  • Fluent spoken and written English is a must.

Tasks and Specialties:

  • Verify the usability of the departure, arrival and alternate airports.
  • Check if airport is a port of Entry and if customs is available and check if any specific permissions are required.
  • Oversee the aircraft range and performance by running a trial.
  • Perform risk assessments, considering not only health entry requirements – such as compulsory or voluntary vaccinations – but also the wider risks related to travel to and from regions experiencing infectious-disease outbreaks, as well as the risks associated with carrying passengers from affected areas. Such assessments must be escalated and supported by official information and guidance issued by recognised authorities, including EASA (SIB publications), the WHO, the ECDC, ICAO, IATA, and Airports Council International (ACI).
  • Upload mission details in FS (Owner/Customer/Flight Type/Routing/FT/Handler/Etc).
  • Check crew duties and review permits accordingly.
  • Confirm valid crew qualification.
  • Ensure crew on duty is current on type.
  • Revisit partial or full feasibility when client changes occur.
  • Ensure on time payments of handler/services when required.
  • Coordinate and confirm if all is set for the Schedule Time of Departure.
  • Revise Flight Plan as needed.
  • Check that Weight & Balance is sent correctly.
  • Monitor various email requests.
  • Monitor Signal/WhatsApp chats and crew requests.
  • Check the upcoming missions to see if all services/OVF/landing permits as granted.

The successful candidate will be offered a starting annual salary between €35,000 and €38,000 (commensurate with experience), excluding allowances, along with comprehensive health insurance coverage, a flexible work schedule to support work-life balance, and the opportunity to work in a collaborative, international, and growth-oriented environment.
