This policy represents Hyperion Aviation Ltd.’s unified commitment to maintaining safety at the highest possible level, achievable only through the dedication and expertise of every team member.

  • To promote a Positive Safety and Just Culture, where every employee, across all departments, feels empowered to identify and manage hazards and risks. Our commitment to Just Culture also ensures that staff can report safety concerns without fear of unjust repercussions via the Centrik portal, which will always be treated confidentially. However, we underscore that Just Culture does not tolerate actions that undermine safety or exhibit willful negligence in following established safety procedures.
